Is it me or is this pickle that thick that he completely missed the point in this post?
Did he not notice that I highlighted TWICE that the first home grant figures I posted were for NSW (10 years) and VIC (3 Years) only and not including any other state or territory.
And the fact I wasn't referring to removing property taxes (negative gearing, stamp duty, council rates, Land Transfer Charge...etc)
Hopefully he re-reads my post again, builds a bridge and gets over it.
