Kos had approx 150 mill shares willing to back him to become a director. Huge number. Main driver was a clear disconnect between board/management. People were sick of that disconnect. Kos was viewed as the only avenue forward. Those votes forced change one way or another. Alll the action happened pronto afterwards.

ECT need to incentivise directors at the AGM - particuarly Mike/Ashley, with performance based oppies shares.
