Couple of general questions/comments:
1. the agreement CRE has with Barrick means they receive the dollar margin, not "ouces" as such. So I presume this means that FML cannot claim the extra 100,000 ounces in their books, as Barrick already counts it. (Probably irrelevant, as it is the cash that counts).
2. if they end up at < 90%, can they still claim the tax loss?
