thats true oscar but i feel that the delays are the reason for that and the low volume speaks volumes.
the weak are faultering and the strong are holding.
the weak are the minority in the registry and (hopefully) when we get comercial flows all round the weak will kick themselves and the strong will prosper.
bring on the flow rates i have a bottle of dom that has been waiting for over a year and i reckon it will be popped.
