I would be suprised to see the upgrade completed by the end of Q2 (beginning Q3) I tend to think more likely end Q3!

The company says it had an obsticle to overcome which has now been removed.

In my opinion I would have to assume that now APG have secured its own working capital (to be drawn down as they need it at a small discount to market) any deal APG negotiates/finalises should will not give 100m shares (19%) away in a deal for project and working capital which is what BMX did.

They should be able to negotiate a farm in arrangement for a project as the major spends money and reaches certain milestones.

This will keep the number of shares issued at a minimum and if the major wanted could take stock at a later date (say 10 cents) as well as letting APG keep its independence.

I would also be suprised APG did not negotiate for the major to pay for a plant upgrade in Newcastle but one larger (maybe double the size) that is outlined in the ILU deal.

If this was the case scale up will be looking very inviting.

At the moment there is a weakness in the stock however comments by APG indicate the company is very keen to get this wrapped up by the end of May.

Even if it was to take to the end of June we all know what the upside is at a minimum.

Some should use their noggen and take advantage of this weakness to average down or top up instead of knocking the stock. I guess they will buy at 6.5 cents instead.

I picked up 750K (500@ 4.5 and [email protected]) and will buy on further weakness.

I assume I will be allowed to sell them at 7 or 8c without idiots having a go at me.
