    I will vote YES..

    Id rather take some STO shares than having this company run by DC and his goons...

    I can hear Ayq now banging on about "if we vote NO then someone else will come in with an offer"

    Yeah yeah... they might, but with the world as it is right now.. Cash is King... or perhaps gold...
