Good on you Lion, wish I could do the same.Yes HC is addictive, constantly defending myself to the Mrs saying its about our future, and it's dealing with our finances! Not a great job I'm doing this year though.Fact is it's very hard to find people to talk to about these things that interest me.

Times are interesting to say the least on SDL.We went from nothing expected until end of OCT to this.Think I'll stick with nothing until OCT thanks. How can anyone be expected to take Hanlong seriously now.I will be waiting for a statement from the head Honcho when he gets here.I believe it will be some suck-job scenario.Remembering Hanlong are not miners, if they take-over SDL what Chinese mill is going to want to deal with them.If this was a one off couple of rogue employees then they would be able to smooth it over, imo, but it appears more than this.Chinese govt will be less thasn impressed imo.Whatever price they had in mind has just increased substantially imo.As many have suggested and it is also my belief that the Govt may back some big boy to come in and clean up this mess before the wrong message is percieved by Australian companies.

IMO now is certainly not the time to selling shares as the stakes to gain control of Mbalam have just gone UP, but we do need to find someone who will want to buy Hanlongs shares and I believe the Cam and Congo govts may be thinking the same, and hence the doubt now over proceedings and lagging SP, given global conditions and prospective buyers. BUT as we all say the ore is there and it will be used and now the Chinese must move faster to prove their intentions, imo.

I wonder if the Chinese govt. have spoken to Hanlong and what the words were? Something like, fix this quickly or, if you wish to continue business in China sell your shares to Sino or WISCO and move on.Just speculating guys as we all are, but this shakeout is exactly what proceedings needed, we will find out sooner rather than later how many are interested.Chinese would want it and so would the Cam and Congo govts. So buckle up and ride the rollercoater, if there are no other parties interested, could be interesting in the ST, IMO.

    Good luck holders.
