"workers" don't get unlimited sickleave. Management do. "workers can accrue sick leave and are entitled to take it when required at full pay. Unused sick leave is not paid when a worker retires.
Just thought I would clear up some of the misconceptions.
You are totally incorrect, rockme.
Its not the lazy workers that have sent this company broke.
Also the workers in this company are also shareholders through an employee share scheme, so they are financially hurting too!
