China Railway and China Harbour are in MOU's for rail and port with SDL,add China National Machinery Equipment Import and Export Company(CEMEC)who were running the Belinga project until it came to a halt in 2008.Belinga has been spoken about using SDL future rail line and port.
Would it not be the easy way for China to use these three for Mbalam and Belinga?China rail were to be building rail line in Gabon as well I believe.
