tcisboss.... dent does just as much damage to their brains as keene did... I wonder if they eventually get angry...when their dire predictions are so far off the mark when the market has kept moving forward....and takes off again...what will they do then.... when the partner wants to nest.....will they eventually go with the flow, way out from the chosen suburb.... will they reminisce in hindsight...how they missed out again... so far the top spots dropped less than 1% versus keens 50%
in the meantime, people are staying put, renovating, twiddling their thumbs..... no massive sell offs, mortage sales....or any of the other massive movements...that has been predicted here for the past...what is it now....11 years...
will the other, hc's own guru, with his march 31st predictions arrive again in 2012....after his unsuccessful scare campaigns in 2010, and 2011
