I think the Cameroon and Congo governments have insisted on Chinese involvement.

The chinese have their way of conducting business and that includes confidentiality of the parties negotiating.

This is very tricky for the SDL management and have to play their cards very carefully.

I think this is much more complicated with all the parties involved including the Cameroonians, the Congans and the Chinese.

All I know is that negotiations are coming to a head.
