Why for less than 10% of shares on issue?
This should have been in place before the halt
and the oppurtunity for excisting shareholders
to buy in would have been thought out and expressed
as part of the halt.. bearing in mind that shareholders
are going to take advantage of this.
Are you going to go for it?
