LNG stated that they would have an update on their gas supplier by the 4 "Q".
There is nothing in the report about gas supply. Further to this, MEL is mentioned almost as a foot note in this report.
"Q's" before this, MEL has been promoted in their reports.

To add to this, LNG seem to have sold down their holdings in MEL.

The Company is the largest shareholder in MEL with a 4.56% shareholding.
Capital Raising
During the quarter, MEL completed a
share placement of A$6.2m for working
capital purposes and announced a share
purchase plan to raise further capita l which
is planned to close during July 2011.

Latest "Q"

The Company is the largest shareholder in MEL with a 3.8% shareholding. MEL has 100% ownership of significant
onshore conventional and unconventional gas acreage in the Clarence Moreton Basin.

Myself and another crazed conspiracy theorist thought the raising was a big .... off to HQCEC.
Looks to be about right.

This also fits well with Mr sailors "savage response to C/R" comment.

Looks like LNG are out.
