Hello loom, interesting question about credentials but totally irrelevant. Does one have to be an expert to express an opinion or take up a noble cause? In my 30+ years as a director I have come across many people with great credentials but few with worthwhile causes. However all Long Term Holders of Lynas know about the governance problems with the Crown Affair. If that extraordinary deal had gone ahead , perhaps you and many others would be prudently investing your hard earned in another company today and then where would the Share Price be!
Without any offense intended your comment -it seems they may have faltered with Crown -could be a contender for The Guinness Book of Records greatest understatements of all time. Certainly it rivals Shakespeare who wrote of Mercutio, describing his mortal wound in Romeo and Juliet, "not so deep as a well, nor so wide as a church door; but 'tis enough, 'twill serve."

Today Governance should be the pinnacle of all aspirations for every board, certainly that?s why they are still tolerated in modern organisational structure for an incorporated entity.
IMHO I believe there is great value in this governance thread continuing as long as there is a multimillion $ bonus being offered by Forge for NC orchestrating Crown to them.
So perhaps rather than questioning the credentials of people like jukieoz836, be thankful, as without their types there would be no reliable exchanges or companies for any of us to put our hard earned into.

Finally I am sure everyone knows that there are Spruikers / Spin Doctors and Mouthpieces active in these sorts of forums and they are usuall identifable by the views supporting or diminishing the extarordinary!
