    No wonder there is so abundant supply of BTA shares for sale every day. The company raises capital by issuing free options.

    They even do not bother to use a more justifiable price for the issue price. A volume weighted price over a period is more justifiable than a mere closing price on the last day of financial year.

    The company management practice needs to be changed.
