hOwever there is no way known that if a decision has been reached AVQ would not release that to the markets. A final decision would be splashed all over the media and out of either avq or sumitomos hands.
I would love to know the "rumours" youve heard, but like those rumours im guessing theyre all made up, much like many of the articles in the island sun.
A high court case that went for only 2 days is only going to end badly for Sumitomo in my opinion and there is no way both companies will be thrown out of the solomons only for them to start again despite what the island sun and their "landowner" write.
Im also guessing that if you were hearing rumours the sell down on 4pm would have been a heap more than the few hundred thousand shares that went through.
