My unsubstantiated guesstimate is Saturday the 1st of October will announce in Togo.. We'll know 'officially' on open Monday the 3rd October.

I repeat. my guesstimate (just playing the game)..

However i base that guess on the fact phase 1 of the SNPT reimbursement of the togolese people in those 5 villages being the electrification, phase 2 the payment, and then phase 3 which is the remainder of the payment which has not occured yet, which i think will coincide with the announcement (maybe next saturday the 24th), or within a week.. which brings me to october 1st..
