Now somewhere in this mess SMM have taken both the SI gov and AVQ to court, even though I'm stressing out for this Ann, I do not think that AVQ would have gone to all the trouble as earlier mentioned if it did not do things correctly, we still don't even know why AVQ are being sued 4, at the end of the day it's the Gov that should be sued, AVQ did nothing but apply for and for. For me and someone correct me if I am wrong,
The worst case for AVQ is mining license revoked and issued to SMM, but that would be useless to SMM because AVQ have the land lease.
