    Yes, will give them a few more days to respond to e-mail.

    After that, protest vote on remuneration and re-election.

    See what they have to say at agm (if anything)... probably too lazy to do anything further than that... wonder if Paul Young of Quevy Holdings is up to stirring the pot a bit? Or maybe Michael Abell at Wallbay?

    Maybe we could nominate one as a director? ... :)

    I must be getting older, becoming more activist - not usually my style. But it's not often that a business appears well-managed but badly governed, so seems a shame not to give a little prod on the off-chance that governance has been more overlooked than intentional.

    (It is also possible that the "well-managed" is a mirage, but that is not my conclusion at this point)
