Don't put ideas in their heads mate, you know this forum is under observation.

Also my friend, both you AND the observer, I put it to you that it is not WE who should fear the corporate lawyers... rather THEY who should fear the consequences of anything LESS than COMPLIANCE with the Corporations Act.

Lastly, as dramatic as it might be, there's not time to get an EGM up is there? Let's focus on getting answers at one last memorable AGM, and not leaving without them.
