As for bears on here, & other threads, there are a number of things that motivate to post... but, down deep inside, some.....
Bears... are possibly seeeking a good method,looking to offload Property,etc...with , maybe a hope ,of a buy at the bottom in a different area
& the Bulls.... Many maybe Really concerned with the reality of the last 12 months or so, thinking Hell, was it me thinking this couldnt happen- and now it is happening before my very eyes...I.m not infallable..
