but the renters only want to live in the middle of the city....the new houses are mainly in the outer suburbs....
old established homes in the inner, or new units...
anyway, some of us run the renting as a business....like any other business we want a tax deduction for the costs...
interest is the largest cost...
eventually the interest reduces....and it becomes positively geared....
I prefer commercial property iis easier to contend with...you sign them up for 10 years...they pay all outgoings...
less hassles..than with the resi tenants...
but a much smaller market.....it is not for the average bear..
