Im 99% sure the only quote he is using from Kloppers is 'the global ecomomy will be under pressure for a decade'. It's just very poorly written.
As for Copper i think markets are in the process of consolidating now and Copper has held up quite well. I dont think we will see the lows of GFC1 (for copper). But im not as sure on that as i am that Kloppers didn't make those comments.
