Thanks for the post lescat, yeah if this happened in many other areas of business, ASIC would be all over them, but because it's real estate, it seems that we just have a laugh and expect the prices to go higher anyway, the next time it goes on market, so it doesnt really matter..
The generation where this wAs the case may be over, and people will start demanding someone starts raking over the coals for this sort criminal behavior IMO if they are losing on the market.
