You are probably right regarding that not much will be happening although I wouldn't be surprised if it became a target of some sort given the cash and the discount to NTA. May be this is just wishful thinking, but surely a possibility.
Also, I still believe they will look into buyback once Mirvac loan is repaid. That would be by far the best use of excess cash, almost every other REIT with spare cash and discount to NTA is either foreshadowing it or already doing it.
For $3.5 mil they could potentially buy around 10% of outstanding stock - clearly NTA accretive.
Otherwise, my plan is the same as yours, given risks are removed, accumulate as appropriate and wait and see, I am happy to wait for divvies as well.
