re: Ann: Investor Presentation Update - 15 Se... their lawyers would have told them in no uncertain terms not to put out any public comment.anything they say...anything....would be put into the public record. they have previously stated their view on the case and also the quantum.

we live in world of talk back radio,cable news etc and everyone wants answers today..today.real life is generally not so immediate.in time all will be revealed...if you do not like don't own the shares.pretty easy really.

The other point to consider is even if Tap would be silly enough to comment their opinion is pointless.It is up to the various Courts...and it will be Courts...it will be the Supreme Court...then it will be the Court of Appeal. This has years to run.In the interim Tap will get on with its business
