What a system! A $300 trade theoretically devalues the market cap by 25%. Even at the hugely diluted & reduced share value at the moment, this is still a few million dollars. It is not a serious trade. (Someone's bought 1mil shares at.004 since).

With the recent blasting at .004 there are a couple of possibilities that spring to mind as to why such a large downward push on the sp recently in spite of seemingly positive news and outlook from recent announcements.

    1. The company is really in trouble and may not get it's 1mil lifeline. If it doesn't or doesn't get some other cash injection soon it is likely facing administration in the near future. A large holder (Duchess?) is bailing out as much as they can.

    2. There is some kind of a deal coming up and the price is being pushed down to put pressure on the company for a better deal for a new investor/provider of a large cash injection/takeover.

I draw your attention to a paragraph in the last half yearly report issued on 31st August:

"Based on the Company?s current cash and expected cash inflows the Company?s cash resources are expected expire during the week of 22 September 2011. In the absence of a cash injection prior to 22 September 2011, the Company would cease to be a going concern."

Only 3 days to go! What has changed since 31st August? The 1 mil investor! Is it for real? Don't know but I hope so. I would think that some words of reassurance or an announcement are warranted in regard to this investment, or are we just going to find on Thursday or Friday that the company is in administration? With this level of uncertainty, should there not be a trading halt?
