Stiltskin I live in one of those little cul de sacs you talk of and in peak traffic its 30-40 mins to the city 3/4/5 lanes on the freeway from hepburn avenue and 15-20 mins out of peak.
House was very nice in good leafy suburb only downside I could see was 1 living area only as the other had been renovated into the new master bedroom ensuite.
I was just amazed after all the negative talk regarding property that 34 potential buying groups would have a look. when I see an under offer sticker I will update
