Currently the banks will not lend on Pyrmont point.....that's on the water near the casino, city, lite-rail that should be extended to Townhall and Wynard. It is a small area with minimal supply in the future!
50c in the $ could present itself, and I will be a buyer. I doubt that that area will turn into a slum.
