g'day spook.
i find trendlines act on price the way an accelerator and a brake acts on a car.
when below a long term trendline, the trendline oftens acts as a brake to any further advance of price.
upon reaching a long term trendline from below, price often reacts by failing.
most often, price then consolidates below the line.
this takes time.
if after consolidation price moves above the long term trendline, it usually does so with ninja-like subtlety.
once above said trendline, the line acts as support.
this is what may be occuring in TNR.
the purpose of posting charts in the above sequence was to show that pictorially.
i believe a stock can only advance on the back of strong fundamental worth, however it can only do so on the basis of technical strength.
TNR may be in a fundamentally strong position.
while we are not yet privvy to the assays, the stock's technical position suggests a near-term advance.
varun may be idiots and know naught about their business, or they may have partnered with TNR for a reason.
good luck with it...
ps try putting trendlines on the GDAXI, or even NGE.
