    there seem to be some disagreement in terms what it is valued by independent valuers and what nmdc is offering...HAW wants to know it exactly and putting it in market because indirectly it affects haw's 40% mt bevan value...dont forget that lcy and nmdc can agree on low offer and in turn lowers mt bevan valuations which would help lcy/nmdc JV to buy haw cheaper...HAW wants some clarification...This doesnt sound any good to me at the moment untill it is clarified...
