The "strawman" is the global warming bogey and the illusion that we can prevent any minor global warming that
might, and I stress might, be occurring.
As if taxing breathing, because that is what taxing carbon dioxide is taxing, will achieve anything.
Carbon dioxide is NOT a pollutant. Carbon dioxide does NOT
contribute to global warming.
