I know im considering attending court next time round and since avq most likely won't be in trading halt, massive amount of money to be made by going court and make my own assessment of proceedings then buying/selling before an announcement hits the market. Why wouldnt you?? :)

Have to say smm know how to screw others well. Great timing in bull$$$$ media n legal notice right after credit raisings n now trying to drag out case with equipment idle! Wish avq did a little deal with someone like oz minerals ltd who has $1billion cash, that would show smm some more aussie muscle! :)

Good to see avq still bullish, but I'm still cautious At this stage cause if smm didn't have any case, we wouldnt be going through current motions n delays... Plus current economic conditions don't help. Lets hope world markets don't meltdown before next court date lol
