Dont know why voting against res 2 and 3 is a positive?

The proceeds from the CN issue to CTL Global which the company sorely needed at the time have been spent months ago! It will be either a case of issue the shares or pay back $600,000 or face legal action(a sure possibility).

The company has cut costs because it sacked all of their UCG staff and have done STUFF ALL over the last 6 months! STUFF ALL!

Thats not good management!

We have spent $2m already on liquidating projects like the US one and paying admin costs.

The salaries to the CEO and others have not changed and as you mention why not start there?

It makes me sick.

The majority of the direct votes come from me also...could not be bothered to attend! Against 1 and for 2 and 3!
