Timoshev - agree that they can probably make more money, however by paying a larger dividend it tends to attract more investors and things like pension funds that require an income stream. It really is a catch 22, I just hope it gets re-rated soon, although I am a long term investor I still like to have my portfolio look good, it makes me feel better!
