    I'm confused as well but that isn't uncommon.

    It feels like each milestone is dependent on another before it can be sorted eg no Eskom contract until Transnet contract, or no PF until Eskom contract.

    I just hope they seriously delay the equity portion of the funding until the sp improves at least a 100%.

    On another note, the sp is really kicking goals again.
