It was a a negative connotation because we had already been told it was commercially viable. There's nothing neutral about it to long term holders and it was a poorly written release by a company with a long history of weak PR skills. Furthermore, if you are in trading halt and have good news then ambiguity is pointless and actually cruel. Say its good news and release it later.
Now that's out of my system todays news is good but will ultimately be priced neutral by an horrendous global liquidity crisis unless the company can actively market its stock to some cornerstone investors which the register is poorly lacking. Hold
