The article quoted the words from the liquidator: ''We have worked it through and had a successful mediated settlement. I think it is a good story, a good outcome for noteholders,''
So, we will wait to see how good this settlement is for noteholders.
Apparently, 2 cents in one dollar is still a crappy deal for my notes.
