Land tax is absurd
I'll be there week after next (in Sydney) keeping my eye on the main game - likely IMHO, one of either
- removal CGT concessions on existing Home purch on xx// date
or
- removal of NG on the same
or both of the above....
What then will happen to existing homes selling prices
Also , effect on new Homes & Land...
Remember we're still playing with recomendation from
the prince of clowns... Ken Henry ...lol lol
