Philism. I put that simply down to the fact that this broker does not normally analyse biotech. I'd be focusing only on their Elixia commentary (which is the best i have read )and use Bells report for Oxy as it is written by Stuart Roberts who is widely regarded as the best Biotech analyst around. Yes I know that is cherry picking but it's what you need to do with a company advancing in different industries
