here is the question i have been pondering since this whole capital raise fiasco unfolded.Mantle were only looking to raise less than 2mill in the first attempted cr at 9.75c.This is chump change really.If the mnm/exergen jv is on track,and a definate goer,then why wouldnt exergen have jumped at the chance to give those funds to mnm,thereby taking a stake in a company they know is about to enter a jv with them,whose shareprice when announced would rise significantly?that would appear to be a no brainer if the jv was even close to being a done deal.That to me is a concern......
