Basically the technique is about getting in the zone,or staying relaxed in high stressful situations.Accomplished by a breathing method, 5 seconds in/5 seconds out.Suggest to try it 10mins at a time for at least 5 days per week.Hard at first,but you gradually get used to it.
For SERIOUS traders,well worth watching.
