re: Ann: Takeover documents for the merger wi... FAR appears to be giving us hints re: Senegal with statements like the one below that occurred several times in their document:
"FAR's renewal of title to its interests in the Senegal projects is subject to Ministerial Approval, and requires a Presidential Decree. There can be no guarantee this will occur."
A big change to several previous statements:
"The delegation was warmly received and assurances were again provided that the issuance of a Decree concerning FAR?s PSC would be made in due course."
