    The google I did came up with the story below.

    It refers to the legal case of 2007 / 2008 which gave the go-ahead for the project.

    So my take on it is that it will go ahead unless some other developments lead to an overturning of the findings.

    Don't suppose you've seen anything re further appeals etc?
