    1. Cause they can
    2. Makes them feel important
    3. Power
    4. Like a umpire, steel the spot light.
    5. $60k salary holding back $multi millions in investment
    6. To frustrate all involved, including CEO and staff involved
    7. Annoy shareholders
    8. force share price down to encourage family and friends to purchase at a cheaper price.
