Yes , I have cherry picked a few lines but , except for the delays caused by NSW govt approvals , the open briefing was very positive in my view. Even talks about the ERM deal pending the carbon tax numbers. And yet , just 54 days later , they roll over ?

Surely , there is no way that they weren't in deep discussion with STO ( and STO with TRU ) when this OB was released ? I would find it very hard to believe that the SOA document was formulated and agreed to by all parties in just 54 days.
