its well accepted that banks with more than 50% exposure of their book to Res RE is very risky, it was one of the key weaknesses noted during the Asian financial crisis, all the local banks are above 50%. Yes their recent profits were good but thats because they were topping ready for a down cycle.
If you want to buy wait till $8-12 range
