not if the usa and europe tank.

yeah i think we will have good days and will spike into the 8s but they will be few and short lived until the world mess is cleaned up.

avb will tank like 99% of other stocks.

i have a fairly large holding for someone with my income so i will be very happy if we don't see it get that low, but if it does i wont be upset, i will buy more.

i'm not buying at current prices because it is likely to go lower IMO
