    OZL could do a cash and script offer of say $2 cash and 0.5 OZL share for each SFR share.

    That would consume about $265m cash and increase our shareholding by 66m shares.

    That would leave excess cash for mine development (SFR, P Hill and C), exploration at the 3 sites and still no debt.
