    It's OK, you can all remind me of my folly in a couple of years time. House prices are expensive and will correct in the time frame I've specified, imho. Yes it's a guess about what may happen but so is everyone else.

    I understand what you're saying about excess money supply creating hyperinflation.

    If that scenario unfolds then you would be better having massive borrowings in ANY asset of worth, as the debt would be inflated away but the asset should hold or appreciate in price vs. that currency.

    Could be a good strategy if it unfolds that way.
